CLI provides a free twenty-four hour a day "hot-line"
to support accounts. During normal business hours, clients are encouraged
to call our helpdesk. Outside normal business hours, an answering
service will field your calls and have instructions to reach out
to the CLI designate who is on-call 24/7. At any time of the day,
our On-Line WEBHELP, facilitates to request process by automatically
logging and advising our help department of your support request.
Enhancements or modifications to the system other than those provided
in routine software maintenance are billed according to the current
published fee schedule for consultants, analysis programming and
support. Depending on the nature of the system enhancements and
modifications, they will be transferred to the customer.
