FACTS Broker Manager is a comprehensive program used to maintain and track custom bonded freight from pre-alert, all the way through to delivery.

FACTS Broker Manager is generally used by clients who also operate non-asset based brokerage divisions to control loads which will be picked-up and delivered by 3rd party trucking companies.

It is essentially customer quote system to manage freight picked up and delivered on your behalf, with total transparency to your customer.

Non-asset based companies use the system to provide rate quotes, create pick ups, and trace shipments. Historical information can be accessed to view previous moves from a particular shipper, or even canceled trips. Shipments can be moved from an LTL system to the brokerage system in a seamless manner.

Freight bill entry and reporting can also be accomplished to provide information regarding accounts payable and receivable. The system will also keep records for dropped carriers to track trucking companies that may not be achieving proper service levels for picking up freight.
